The value displayed refers to the price of the renting the equipment at Megacampo as well as in your private space, with assembly between 9AM and 12PM and disassembly between 7PM and 10PM. If you would like a different time, select "Different Time" and enter your desired time in the Observations before checkout. There will be no additional costs for this. The value of the reservation also includes supply of additional equipment such as electrical extensions, carpets, liability insurance, and VAT at its current legal rate.

For rental in your private space, the value does not include electric power supply, equipment transport, generator, or optional monitor. The monitor cost is 50 € + VAT for 5 hours (5€ + VAT per additional hour). In the Equipment Transport table you can see the value to deliver to your space. Equipment transport payment and monitor payment must be paid on the day.
